Our Class Overviews set out the long-term plan of learning for each class across the school year. They provide a clear picture of the topics and themes children will explore in different subjects, showing how knowledge and skills are built step by step as pupils move through the curriculum.
These overviews help families see the “big picture” of their child’s learning journey. By sharing what is being taught each term, they make it easier for parents to talk about schoolwork at home, support children with relevant experiences (such as visits, books, or discussions), and celebrate progress together.
